Mazooma Interactive is a British-based software provider with roots stemming back to 1997. For their first few years in business, Mazooma created land-based casino games but as the iGaming revolution started they naturally began designing and developing online games.

Steady growth and a takeover by gaming giants ‘Novomatic UK’ in 2012 expanded their customer base and now they offer their games across a variety of networks, including OpenBet and Dragonfish. Mazooma is licensed by Alderney, the UK, and the British Columbia gaming authorities, these licenses bring a lot of trust and respect from within the industry and have helped to opened doors to the big names of online gaming and betting.

  • Fully licensed and authorised to operate in multiple jurisdictions

  • Experience with online and offline casino games

  • Backed by the gaming giant Novomatic UK

Cons
  • No awards to their name as of yet

  • Only slots and roulette available in their games collection

Game Portfolio

Mazooma only has a small number of slot titles in their collection with the likes of Cops and Robbers, Wizard of Odds, Wild West, and Happy Fruits being some of the more popular choices amongst casino players.

The mini-roulette game Zodiac Roulette is an interesting take on the classic roulette game and it’s based on the twelve signs of the Zodiac, which will no doubt peak the interest of those gamers looking for new and interesting games to play. The big-name game that stands out for Mazooma is the Ronnie O’Sullivan’s Big Break slot, this snooker-based game includes many related features and symbols that snooker fans will quickly recognise and enjoy.

Since the Novomatic takeover in 2012, Mazooma has been a key player in transforming land-based games into their optimised and mobile-ready format. The development team has worked on various third-party projects for British and European clients, meaning that you may well have played on many Mazooma developed games without actually knowing it!

Unique Features

Mazooma’s vast experience in the land-based gaming environment has produced a development team with a lot of expertise and knowledge. The company knows exactly how gaming and betting work in relation to the casino and betting customers, and so they can use this to create the best possible games and themes with all of the right features and options.

Knowledge is everything in betting and Mazooma has been in the gaming industry long enough to know what works and what doesn’t, and not many other developers can say the same.
