History

2004Amaya Gaming Group formed and started to develop electronic table games for land-based venues.
2011Acquired Bwin and Betfair game supplier, Chartwell Technology.
2012Acquired Cryptologic for $35.8 million, and then they went on to further acquire Ongame and the land casino group, Cadillac Jack, over the following months.
2014Amaya decided to make their biggest deal to date with the acquisition of The Rational Group for a total of $4.9 billion dollars, this included the two biggest poker sites in the world, PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker.
2017Amaya restructures the company and rebrands as The Stars Group.
2018The Stars Group acquire The Sky Betting and Gaming Group in a $4.7 billion deal.
2019Negotiate a huge deal with Fox Sports to launch the new Fox Bet app in the legal betting states of the US.
