Matches this weekend are as follows. All times are GMT, All prices are from Skybet

Friday 29th March
6.35am Hurricanes v Crusaders

First and second in the New Zealand conference meet in Wellington on Friday. The Hurricanes beat the Stormers at home last weekend 34-28 coming from behind to win for their fourth victory of the season. The Crusaders meanwhile lost their unbeaten record, losing 20-12 in Sydney to the Waratahs in the surprise result of the weekend. Both sides have won four, drawn one and lost one game

This is slated to be a close match, with the Crusaders 2 point handicap favourites at 10/11 and I feel they are superior and should bounce back to cover

8.45am Waratahs v Sunwolves

The Waratahs beat the Crusaders 20-12 in Sydney last weekend to record their third win in five games so far this season.
The Sunwolves lost 37-24 at home to the Lions a result coming hard on the news that they won’t be in competition in 2020, a hard pill to take

In the circumstances the Waratahs -13 at 10/11 looks more than reasonable and they should be supported to cover.

Saturday 30th March
6.35am Blues v Stormers

The Blues come into this match off a bye week with two wins in their five games, hosting the Stormers who lost 34-28 in Wellington to Hurricanes on the first match of their New Zealand stretch having led the game into the second half. They now have a 3-2 win-loss record

The Blues, one of the weaker New Zealand teams have been installed as 6 point favourites and I like the Stormers to at least keep it close and prevent the Blues covering. Stormers +6 at 10/11 for me.

8.45am Reds v Rebels

The Reds beat the Brumbies in Brisbane last weekend 36-14 to record their second successive win after three losses to open the season. The Rebels lost 28-14 at the Sharks in Durban and now have a 3-2 win-loss record. With the Reds improving they can be backed +3 at 10/11 in what should be a very tight game.

1.05pm Sharks v Bulls

The Sharks rebounded last weekend and beat the Rebels 28-14 to record their third win of the season whilst the Bulls lost 20-56 at home to the Chiefs and they too have won 3 out of 5 games. At home the Sharks should be backed -2 points at 10/11

9.40pm Jaguares v Chiefs
The Jaguares return for this match in Argentina off a bye week to face the Chiefs who got their first win of the season 56-20 at the Bulls in South Africa last weekend. The Chiefs should be backed -4 to win again at 10/11
