The bookmakers have kindly priced up some of the Romford card early and that allows us to provide some interesting looking free greyhound tips from the Essex track. The races can be seen on Racing Post Greyhound TV for free and there is sure to be some exciting races to follow. Our best bet of the night comes in the 9:24pm race where we’ve picked out a great 7/2 chance with bet365.

The 9:24pm race at Romford is the final of the Tony Byerley Quicksilver Trophy over 575m and Airforce Roger looks to have a great chance at reversing Monday’s semi-final defeat to trap 5 Bubbly Rossie. Airforce Roger is as short as 5/2 in places but has opened up at 7/2 in one or two spots and with bet365‘s best odds guaranteed offer it makes sense to place your bets with them on this occasion.

On Monday, Roger finished two lengths behind Bubbly Rossie but found trouble in that race before running on well and he looks set for a clear run from trap one this time. Brave The Times in trap 2 isn’t always the sharpest away and this should see Roger avoid any first bend trouble and a quick look at Airforce Roger’s Romford career shows he can set some sparkling times round the 575m course when given a good run.

Bubbly Rossie looks the danger in trap 5 but he shouldn’t be able to dictate the race like he did on Monday especially with the pacey Oakfield Turbo from the stripes in trap 6 denying him a clear run early.

In the 400m race at 9:40pm there are a number of dogs unfortunately drawn which leads us to taking a chance on the dog in trap 6, Brinkleys Queen, at an overpriced 8/1 with William Hill.

The race consists of 5 railers with Brinkleys Queen the sole wide seed. Traps 4 and 5 looks to have decent early pace, whilst trap 4 in particular wants the rail badly having came from trap 1 in all of its recent races. This looks set for sure trouble for the slightly slower away dogs in traps 2 and 3.

Rathanny Annie in trap 1 might be a danger to the selection but does tend to run middle at times which isn’t ideal from this draw and, regardless, has been priced up about right at 3/1. Brinkleys Queen has shown storming early pace around Sittingbourne recently without quite seeing out the 480m trip and whilst the worry is this is the first look for the dog at Romford a chance is taken at the big 8/1 on offer as it looks set to lead.

The final free greyhound racing tip for the Romford card is Murlens Crash from trap 6 in the 9:56pm race who looks to be coming into the race in top form. bet365 again offer us the best price of 9/4 with the others all sub-2/1 with a likely starting price of 7/4.

Murlens Crash ran a storming 23:99s time two runs back and that time would easily win this race. Last time out he couldn’t clear the Golden Sprint finalist Glanmire Lad in 5 but this time has a dog in trap 5 who is likely to be slow away, granting the selection a perfect run.

The danger is Benkaat Boy in trap one but with a clear run Murlens Crash will be too fast whilst the favourite in trap 4, Nans Turbo, is terribly underpriced. Get on this one quick, as the price will go.
