West Ham United v Norwich City.

West Ham rose to third in the table last weekend with their third brilliant away win of the season, now having won at Arsenal, Lverpool and Manchester Cty with an attractive style being developed by Bilic. They return home this weekend to play Norwich who themselves had an encouraging result last time out, coming back to draw at Liverpool. After six games to be mid-table with 8 points is an encoraging start for Alex Neil’s team.

They face a tough task at West Ham though for whom 13/10 with William Hill is an attractive price for the win

Tottenham v Manchester City

With five wins in six games now, City are still clear at the top of the table and I wouldn’t be reading too much into one reverse. The combinations of Yaya toure, Sterling, Silva, De Bruyne and Aguero are going to keep the team potent in attack and they continue to look a good bet to win the title with the other major contenders still dealing with issues in results and consistency

Tottenham continue to be a little way off being one of those contenders and despite winning their past two games 1-0 have only scored 5 goals in their six games with Harry Kane nowhere near the form and confidence of last season. That will need to change if they want a result here as its unlikely the solid Spurs back five will keep City out

Tottenham’s starting line-up against Crystal Palace had an average age of 24 years, 118 days, making it the youngest starting XI of any Premier League side this season. At times they looked as though they lacked a more experienced, commanding figure in the middle of the pitch and despite the promise of Alli and Son, the challenge of competing in that sphere with Yaya Toure is a big step up

City are best priced 19/20 for the win with BetVictor

West Brom v Everton

Monday night football sees Everton in sixth and with only one loss in six games this season travel to West Brom who had an important 1-0 win at Aston Villa with a Saido Berahino goal to climb to twelfth in the table. Aside from their two games against Manchester City and Chelsea, Tony Pulis’ team have kept four clean sheets in their other four league games this season as they develop the manager’s style built around strong defence first and foremost.

The draw, the result in the last two Everton away games, is the outsider of the three results in the 1-2-X market which seems incongruous given the style of the home team and i like the look of the 23/10 Draw with Bet365. A speculative bet on no goalscorer at 8-1 with William Hill might be in order too
