After a busy mid week programme the run up to the festive period continues this weekend

Chelsea v Manchester City

Chelsea comfortably beat Fulham at home worth a focus on their defensive organisation and play Wolves away on Wednesday night, hoping to continue to bounce back from heavy defeat to Tottenham at Wembley
Manchester city meanwhile beat Bournemouth 3-1 despite resting a number of players then play Watford away on Wednesday night
For this match prices are Chelsea and the draw 3/1, Manchester City 9/10. Assuming Chelsea will focus first and foremost on solidity then the draw at 3/1 has to be a big price with Bet Victor

Leicester City v Tottenham

Ahead of their visit to Fulham and Ranieri on Wednesday night Leicester are unbeaten in five games, 8th in league and returned to their counter-attacking roots when beating Watford at home last week with only 38% possession. There is an injury doubt about Vardy though, suffering with a groin problem.
Tottenham should be favourites to win this game. They narrowly lost a pulsating London derby then play managerless Southampton at home on Wednesday. Tottenham are 23/20 to win here, a price I support with BetVictor.

Cardiff v Southampton

Cardiff eased the pressure with a 2-1 win over Wolves last weekend thanks to Hoilett’s excellent goal and will see this game against (as I write ) managerless Southampton as a chance to develop some consistency in results. The main challenge for the new Southampton manager will be goals. Southampton have won one league game all season and scored 12 goals in 14 games this season including the two scored against Manchester United last weekend.
This midweek Cardiff travel to West ham whilst Southampton are at Tottenham. Cardiff at 15/8 with Bet Victor is a value price
