After a two game week Chelsea are six points clear at the top of the table ahead of another full premier league weekend

Recommendations

Aston Villa 11/8 BetVictor to beat Leicester City

West Ham 29/20 BetVictor to beat Swansea City

Manchester United 13/8 BetVictor to beat Southampton

It looks a good weekend for punters this week, i could have chosen five games to recommend. Here are the best three opportunities

Aston Villa v Leicester City

Villa had a smash and grab win at Crystal Palace on tuesday, with a terrific goal from Benteke and a return to form from the Belgian striker would go a long way to consoluidating Villa’s current climb up the table to 12th.

I keep opposing Leicester, so far successfully. In the past two games they have reverted to 4-4-2 with wingers, and this has seen the creation of more chances. However it does leave them exposed at the back, and conceding six goals in the last two games is not encouraging

To see Villa, albeit not a team with terrific home form, at 11/8 with BetVictor for this game is unmissable value against an opponent in such poor form

West Ham United v Swansea City

Helped by the addition of attacking flair to the line up West Ham have climbed to fifth in the league table with only one loss in the last six league games. None of West Ham’s last five league goals have been scored by their strikers and it is encouraging that goals are coming from all over the team

Their opponents Swansea, with the threat of Bony prompted by a creative midfield lie 7th but with most of their points picked up at home. Away form is comparatively poor and they face a tough task here.

West Ham can be backed at 29/20 with BetVictor, a more than reasonable price

Southampton v Manchester United

Southampton have now lost two games in a row, albeit against Manchester City and Arsenal, as a run of tougher fixtures has coincided with a growing injury list particularly in midfield where the loss of Schnederlin removes an important and talented protector of the back four.

With squad depth being tested the Monday night visit of Manchester United looms large. United have climbed to fourth in the table just a point behind Southampton and despite injury problems of their own there is now consistency of form now a single formation is being played and players are adjusting to Van Gaal’s requirements

With Southampton facing challenges, the 13/8 available here on the away side looks attractive with BetVictor
