The Premier League resumes after the international break with seven games of the season to go

West Ham United v Southampton

A key six pointer at the bottom of the table and after West Ham’s fractious outing at home in their last game this is an opportunity for a Southampton side now under Mark Hughes to make an impression and climb out of the bottom three. I assume Hughes will instil a more positive attitude for a side that have struggled for goals all season and if so this is a game that is there for the taking. At 7/4 with BetVictor Southampton are a backable proposition.

West Bromwich Albion v Burnley

In seventh place and having won their last two games after a quiet spell after Christmas Burnley have a great opportunity to continue their progress against a side seven points adrift at the bottom of the table. West Brom are favourites to win this match and it is not clear why while Burnley can be backed at 15/8 with Bet Victor which has to be an interesting price against a side that has only won three games out of 31 this season.

Newcastle United v Huddersfield

Both these sides are outside the bottom six though one side, Newcastle,is beginning to look up after their 3-0 win against Southampton while Huddersfield only three points above 18th and struggling for form towards the back end of the season are definitely looking down. Newcastle are 4/5 with Bet Victor and i like them to win again here.
