Leicester City v Stoke City

Just quietly Leicester’s stellar form is beginning to tail off, particularly in goalscoring where they have scored four goals in their last seven games since Christmas with the opposition paying special attention to Mahrez and Vardy’s form interrupted by a short-term absence. Fortunately the defence has stepped up with clean sheets to keep them near the top of the table, but 11/10 looks a very short rpice here against tricky opposition.

Stoke sit seventh in the league and meld together their traditional defensive organisation with flair introduced from European leagues over the last two seasons going forward. have this as a much tighter game than the prices suggest. Stoke 3/1 outright is interesting, 9/5 draw no bet with BetVictor appeals.

West Bromwich Albion v Aston Villa

A West Midlands derby which again promises to be closer than the outright prices (West Brom 11/10, Aston Vlla 3/1+ suggests). Aston Villa have finally begun to stabilise, beating Crystal Palace and drawing at home to Leicester in the league. Still a long way off safety there are signs of spirit and organisation though which will be need against West Brom who are in the bottom half and followed several encouraging results (successive home wins followed by a point at Chelsea) with a 3-0 reverse at Southampton last time out

Aston Villa at 9/5 draw no bet with BetVictor strikes me as another interesting bet.

Sunderland v Bournemouth

Bournemouth are having a good go at investing in their squad to ensure survival with the recruitment of Uturbe and Afobe up front to finish the many chances the team creates. Bournemouth have four wins in their last eight games, beat Norwich 3-0 comfortably last time and now travel to the Nrth East to face a Sunderland side who have had pockets of improvement under Allardyce but who are struggling for consistency and thus to get out of the bottom three. The goals from Jermain Defoe are a major strength but there are still problems defensively and with fitness that shows late in games.

The problem with backing Bournemouth is that they are away favourites at 6/4 which looks too short, Snderland are priced at 2/1+ which looks more reasonable but the best value of the three outright results is probably the draw at 12/5 with BetVictor.
