Cleveland Browns 10/11 +8 Paddy Power versus Kansas City Chiefs

Dallas Cowboys at Detroit Lions Over 51 Points @10/11 Paddy Power

Atlanta Falcons at Airzona Cardinals Under 45.5 points @10/11 Paddy Power

Firstly this week

Cleveland Browns at Kansas City Chiefs

In a fantastic turnaround from last season the 2-14 Chiefs from 2012 are now 7-0, still undefeated and they are so off the back of a league leading defense. Sometimes, they win in spite of a very workmanlike offense that has a very good running back in Jamaal Charles but lacks bona fide wide receivers to amass a lot of points on opponents. Thus the Cheifs tend to win a lot of close, low scoring games

The Browns are going for their foruth change of quarterback this season. From Weeden to Hoyer, back to Weeden and now to Josh Campbell. That’s not really the recipe to win a lot of games, despite the talents of wide receiver Josh Gordon and Tight End Jordan Cameron. What the Browns do possess though is an above average defense, very stout against the run and a premier cornerback in Joe Haden

Put two questionable offenses up aainst two good defenses and the recipe is for a low scoring close game, yet the Browns are more than one touchdown underdogs in the game. The Browns +8 with Paddy Power 10/11 is a bet here, not in expectation of them winning the game but it should be closer than 8 points

Dallas Cowboys at Detroit Lions

Two high powered offenses meet at Ford Field featuring two of the finest Wide Receivers in the game, Calvin Johnson and Dez Bryant and two Quarterbacks who are in the top five for total passing yards this season, Tony Romo and Matthew Stafford. A few weeks ago the Cowboys hosted the Broncos and 80 points were scored. I can easily see this being a 60-70 point game, comfortably above the 51 points that Paddy Power offer us 10/11 on

Whilst both sides are decent against the run where both lack is in the secondary, particularly Detroit. Dallas is stronger at Cornerback but is below par at Safety. Two strong Quarterbacks, and mis-matches between receivers and secondaries (primarily in height to catch balls in the end zone) means points

Atlanta Falcons at Arizona Cardinals

Reverse to the game above, the Cardinals are a malfunctioning offense, struggling to protect the interception prone Carson Palmer and with star Wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald dealing with Hamstring issues. Atlanta are missing three starting offensive skill players, Roddy White, Julio Jones and Stephen Jackson but whilst Matt Ryan did well against Tampa Bay last week with the understudies he faces a tougher challenge this week against a reliable and under-rated Cardinals defense

Under 45.5 points with Paddy Power 10/11 is the bet here. It should be a close game, and unless the Arizona offense finally fires, below the points spread
