Into the last few weeks of the regular season and the battle for play off spots is hotting up
All prices are from Bet365
Dallas Cowboys at New York Giants
Having fired their quarterback, coach and general manager in the last week and with a 2-10 record the future starts here for the New York Giants in a divisional game against the 6-6 Cowboys who arrested a three game slump by beating the Redskins on Thanksgiving. They acheived this without much in the passing game and are vulnerable to what is still a dangerous Giants defense.I assume the Giants will restore Eli Manning as their quarterback. As such the Giants +5 at 10/11 is an attractive contrarian play
Philadephia Eagles at LA Rams
The LA Rams are on their way to winning the NFC West and their offense, ranked 32nd last season is now ranked first and likely to be the highest scoring in the FLat the end of the regular season
This is a great match up as the 10-2 Eagles will be looking to rebound from their loss in Seattle last weekend. Here the first two quarterbacks in last season’s draft,Gff and Wentz, also face off.
I like the Rams -2.5 here with their offense.
San Francisco 49ers at Houston Texans
In newly acquired quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo’s first start, the 49ers got only their second win of the season beating Chicago last weekend with a series of field goals. The defensive unit is already strong and they will be looking to next season’s draft to get some offensive weapons for Garoppolo and then the future is bright
Wthout injured quarterback DeShaun Watson, and other significant injuries such as JJ Watt, the Texans have slipped out of play-off contention and lost in Tennessee last weekend. I am going to take a chance on the 49ers continuing to recover and backing them at +2.5 points at 10/11 against disappointing opponents
