We have three more horse racing tips lined up for Sunday November 18th, including the Philip Hobbs trained Village Vic (pictured, right) who runs at Cheltenham this afternoon. We have also found an interesting 14/1 (15.00) outsider with William Hill…
1.30 Fontwell – Scottish Boogie @ 3/1 (4.00) with Coral
3.25 Cheltenham – Village Vic @ 5/2 (3.50) with Stan James
Longshot of the day:
1.45 Cheltenham – Persian Snow @ 14/1 (15.00) with William Hill
Brendan Powell’s Scottish Boogie is the first of Sunday’s horse racing tips, running in the 1.30 at Fontwell. The five year old ran on in eye catching fashion towards the end of his last race and can build on that performance today, under a more experienced jockey. Currently rated a 3/1 (4.00) chance with Coral, that could look like buying money by the end of the race.
The second of our horse racing tips for Sunday November 18th is Village Vic in the 3.25 at Cheltenham. The Philip Hobbs trained five year old has only been seen once over obstacles and so has plenty of scope for improvement, but his one and only effort is still worthy of respect as he finished second at this course and distance. The forecast soft ground will also help the gelding’s cause and the 5/2 (3.50) on offer with Stan James should be taken.
Our longshot Each-Way tip for Sunday November 18th also runs at Cheltenham, in the 1.45 race. Persian Snow is currently a 14/1 (15.00) chance with William Hill but that looks big based on his last time out third at this course. That was over shorter, but he’s won at this trip before and should enjoy the return to this distance. He won’t mind the softer ground either, as a past winner on heavy going. The six year old#s chances are definitely being underrated by the bookmakers today.
