The full race card from Hove on the 4th of July is free to watch on the Racing Post website and with 12 open races you are sure to have a good night’s viewing. We’ve had a look through the card and have picked out three selections that look sure to be competitive with the best of those a 4/1 chance with Coral in a race where the bitch looks sure to lead.

The 9:24pm, Gala Coral Ladies race, looks like a fantastic race and offers us an excellent betting opportunity with T4 Taranis Diva having markedly better early pace than the other five bitches in the race.

Trap 4 isn’t perfect for the selection but such is the gap in early pace she is likely to come away ahead and have enough space to move towards the rails without any trouble. Recent secionals of 4:09s and 4:10s would have her easily clear of the field.

The big danger comes from T6 Zoos Caprice, who was knocked out in the 1st round of the Derby last month, but she is priced accordingly whilst the selection is perhaps a little overpriced and could potentially be open to improvement.

Hopefully Taranis Diva can stretch them out and, with a little trouble for Zoos Caprice, can make all to grab victory at the 4/1 on offer with Coral.

Our second free greyhound racing betting tip for the Hove card comes in the 8:18pm race where we have taken T3 Droopys Casspi to turn over the 6/4 favourite Longwood Bound at a price of 5/2 with bet365.

bet365 are the only bookmaker to have priced the race thus far and 5/2 does look a little shorter than expected but with bet365 we benefit from ‘Best Odds Guaranteed’ meaning if it the starting price is bigger than we are paid out at the bigger price.

There isn’t much in the ways of early pace in the race and Droopys Casspi can dominate in that regard having shown good early pace in his recent races. Not only has Casspi shown good early, the times he has been carding have been very decent too, certainly good enough to win this race if leading.

Perhaps the main positive for Droopys Casspi is the negatives for the class dog in the race, Longwood Bound, who on look back at form would have a number of lengths on these at best. However, he didn’t show up too well in the Derby and trap 5 looks like a pretty huge negative.

Finally, Centurion Dolly, from trap 3, looks like the best bet in the 9:06pm race in a race she can dominate from the outset and hold off the favourite, Dixies Craft, who she beat last week. The 5/2 with bet365 looks a nice price and again we benefit from ‘Best Odds Guaranteed’ if it goes off at a bigger price.
