The last 16 of the FA Cup over this weekend. The best of the betting opportunities here

Leicester City v Sheffield United

Understandable a top 8 side in the Premier League is a prohibitive favourite to win this Friday night tie, with Sheffield United in 8th place in the Championship.

Leicester have their difficulties breaking down sides though, still more effective as a counter-attacking than a possession team and Seffield ited are a tough experienced side more than capable of causing problems here.

Sheffield United are 11/2 underdogs and can be backed in the “Draw No Bet” Market at 7/2 with Betfair Sportsbook. I wouldn’t be surprised to see an upset here.

West Bromwich Albion v Southampton

Two Premier League strugglers are drawn together here, with WBA five points adrift at the bottom of the table and Southampton also in the bottom three. It is difficult to assess priorities here, as both sides have to be thinking about the Premier League first and foremost and both sides may see that reflected in team selection

Goals have been a problem for both sides all season they have 49 in 54 combined games. Odds here see WBA 15/8 favourites, marginally over Southampton at 9/5. The draw is 12/5 with BetVictor yet i think 0-0 and 1-1 are very likely results. The draw is my recommended bet.

Brighton and Hove Albion v Coventry City

Brigton face the lowest ranked side left in the competition. Coventry are ninth in League two and beat Stoke at home in the third round

Brighton have climbed to 14th in the Premier eague with their recent win but are only two points above the drop zone. Again, it is a question of priorities in team selection. Cventry are 9/1 underdogs but i like them on the handicap market +1 is available at 9/4 with BetVictor.Iwouldn’t be surprised to see a replay here.
