The third group games in Groups E-F on Wednesday and Thursday, with two teams from each group headed to the knock-out stages
Wed 27th June

3pm Mexico v Sweden
Mexico have qualified for the last 16 with 2 wins out of 2 and will be tempted to rest players. Sweden led Germany and even when pegged back were in prime position to qualify until Kroos’s spectacular late winner. Sweden though were the architects of their own downfall, with only 15% possession against ten men during the last 20 minutes of the game
Mexico at 6/4 is a price I can’t resist

3pm South Korea v Germany
Germany are still in it, just, after that late goal and will need to win to ensure their progress, as they will fear a Sweden goal. South Korea lack quality, Tottenham’s Son apart, and have lost both of their games. Germany at 1/3 is obvious, Germany to win to Nil at 4/6 better

7pm Serbia v Brazil
Brazil scored two late goals to beat Costa Rica and will want to win against Serbia to ensure winning their group. Serbia were in a great position when leading Switzerland until conceding two second half goals and now need a result here with Switzerland likely to beat Costa Rica
Brazil at 1-2 is clearly the most likely result, though it could be a tight one as Serbia are a big physical and experienced side.

Thurs 28th June
3pm Senegal v Colombia

An exciting match up likely here as both teams are not assured for qualification to the last 16. Senegal have 4 points after twice leading against Japan and being pegged back, and with Japan playing (now out) Poland look like they need more
Colombia recovered from their opening ten man loss to Japan to convincingly beat Poland 3-0 with their two play-makers making hay against limited opposition. Colombia look like they need to win here to go through
This looks a very tough match to call. Senegal 7/4 the draw 9/4 and Colombia 11/10 are the prices available. No bet

7pm England v Belgium
Both teams have qualified for the last 16 convincingly and it looks like the draw is so lopsided that finishing second in the group is preferable to winning it. Quite how either team plays this in terms of team rotation and attitude is unclear.
At the prices the 12/5 about the draw looks a stand out price
